Our Virtual Office service is an exclusive offering made only to Namecorp members. This service will provide your business with a prestigious CBD office address and give you peace of mind knowing you won’t miss any important correspondence for your business. It's ideal if you don't have a business address or if you want to keep your personal address private while receiving mail.

All standard mail sent to your virtual address will be received and managed by our team. You will be notified via email about any incoming mail that will be scanned and sent to your nominated address. If you prefer to receive hard copies of your mail, this can also be achieved at an additional fee.

We only accept standard mail at our virtual address. Unfortunately, packages are discouraged due to security and storage limitations. If you need to send a package, please contact our hotline in advance to discuss your options

Our default service only includes emailing soft copies of your letters. We do not send physical mail to a mailbox unless it is specifically requested, and this service is charged as an additional expense.

Here’s a clear guide on how our national virtual office works:
  • Once you’ve added the virtual office to your account, a business concierge will send you information on updating your address.
  • After your address is updated, all future business documentation will be sent and received at the virtual address.
  • Your documents will be uploaded to your Virtual Office Mailbox, and you will receive an email notification each time a piece of mail is uploaded.
  • All documents for your virtual office are securely stored and accessible anytime for up to three months.
